BRUMBAUGH & QUANDAHL, P.C., LLO is a medium size law firm located in Omaha, Nebraska and is currently seeking resumes for an attorney. The Firm represents creditors in civil litigation in State and Bankruptcy Courts throughout Nebraska and Iowa.

Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in litigation in the areas of representing creditors in Bankruptcy Court, civil case prosecution and Federal Consumer Law; including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Reg Z, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Law degree and memberships to the State and Federal Bars for Nebraska and Iowa required. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects a must.
